Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize any submission, film, written submission, screenplay, stage play, concept, teleplay, video submitted, including logo and images from the submission for promotional purposes and on our web sites, printed materials, radio, television, public speech, in public, public performance, public meeting, public and private screenings, and on the web sites, printed materials, radio, television of our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates.

Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to add the information including Withoutabox data to our marketing data to be shared with our friends, partners, sponsors, and associates for use in film, public speech, in public, pulbic performance, public meeting, public and private screenings, television, radio, online/internet, web sites, and print, without limit.

Ventura Film Festival is hereby granted the right to broadcast/rebroadcast or digitally stream or provide for download any submission, film, written submission, screenplay, stage play, concept, teleplay, video submitted submitted, without limit.

Ventura Film Festival and Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates are are hereby granted the right to contact the individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the submission, film, written submission, and/or video via email, sms, text message, instant message, telephone, in person, via post, or via any other method of communication, without limit.

Awards and prize categories and monetary values may change without notice.

Dates listed may change without notice.

The individual, group, organization, or corporation submitting the submission, film, written submission, screenplay, stage play, concept, teleplay, video hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the submission, film, written submission, screenplay, stage play, concept, teleplay, video for public and private screenings, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Ventura Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates include, but are not limited to, Ventura IT, HostBandit, Vidflow, Movie Mule, and Facejunky.  The list of Ventura Film Festival partners, sponsors, friends, and associates is subject to change frequently without notice.

It is understood and agreed that Ventura Film Festival is a registered trademark and service mark of Ventura Film Festival and no use of the words Ventura Film Festival, in any format, is allowed without explicit prior written consent of Ventura Film Festival.
