Get a table at the 2011 Ventura Film Festival.  This is the biggest film festival in Ventura County and one of the biggest events of the year in Ventura with over 100 filmmakers and writers coming to Ventura from across the US and more than 25 countries to showcase their films and screenplays.

The opening night is Saturday June 29, 2012 where you will be able to have a vendor table to showcase your services and products.

This is only an application and not a guarantee or acceptance that you will be approved for a table.  You will find out within 72 hours of your order if you are approved.  Once emailed approval your $350 is final and non-refundable, no exceptions.  We will be selectively picking and choosing the vendors that match our event and demographic.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell vendor tables to anyone.   The Ventura Film Festival will modify the appearance and/or location of your table if desired and may pick and choose which products services you sell. Vendor is responsible to purchase specific dark red table cloth from Target.  No food or beverages sold may be consumed in the Majestic Ventura Theater.  By ordering a vendor talbe you release The Majestic Ventura Theater and the Ventura Film Festival from any liability or claims do to damage, injury, theft, or other problems.  A quiet, theater voice and sound level is required at all times.  Vendors are responsible for their own behavior and business conduct.  Inappropriate behavior, as deemed by the Majestic Ventura Theater and/or the Ventura Film Festival, will result in permanent ban and removal from the premises.  If you make noise or misbehave, as deemed by the Majestic Ventura Theater and/or the Ventura Film Festival, you will be removed and banned from the premises with no refund of money.  Sales of tables to vendors are final, no refunds.  The Ventura Film Festival nor the Majestic Ventura Theater do not endorse any of the items sold by vendors nor does having a table indicate any type of partnership formed. If paying online via PayPal or credit card there are extra fees added so the total is $360.76.
